Upon signing up you will receive your PADI Advanced Open Water manual
and dive slate. During the course you will complete 5 Open Water Adventure Dives
which will include two compulsory dives.
The compulsory dives are:

- Deep Dive: Experiencing diving up to 30m deep
- Navigation Dive: Learning
new compass skills as well
as natural navigation
You will also need to complete 3 elective scuba dives. These
may include:
- Drysuit: Familarising yourself with the new techniques
and skills
needed to dive in a Drysuit(£30 extra which includes a drysuit practise session in the pool)..
- Enriched Air Dive (Nitrox) : Learn to dive with Enriched
Air using a Suunto dive computer.
- Search and Recovery: Developing
search patterns and locating objects to be raised by a lifting buoy.
- Wreck:
Discovering the underwater thrill that is wreck diving.
- Peak Performance
Buoyancy: An opportunity to really hone your buoyancy skills. We highly recommend this dive.
- Multilevel:
Learning to use the ‘dive wheel’ to calculate
your dive profile and also familarising yourself with planning
a dive with a dive
computer.
- Digital Photography: Learn the basics of underwater digital photography. With this dive we always recommend a pool practise session to get to know the camera.
Additional options :
If you would like to combine the Advanced course with the Drysuit Specialty course then this costs £90 extra and includes 2 pool sessions, manual, drysuit rental for the whole Advanced course, 1 extra dive and certification.
The Enriched Air Specialty course can be added for £65 including manual and certifcation.
If you are completing your course with us overseas other options
are available including an Night Dive, Boat Dive, Drift Dive and Underwater Naturalist Dive depending on the location.. |
